Shipping & Returns Policy

EAH INDUSTRIAL Policy on Exchanges, Returns, and Claims of Defective Merchandise:

 

EAH Industrial works hard to ensure that all orders are properly tested, filled carefully, and properly packed for shipping.

Any errors in order fulfillment made by EAH Industrial must be reported to EAH Industrial, Inc. within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Product returns for unwanted merchandise must be completed within 14 business days from original delivery.  

Returned items are subject to a  20% restocking. Products with opened containers are not eligible for returns.

Damages in transit by shipping companies must be reported to EAH Industrial within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, in order to process any claim.
 
Any apparent shipping damages observed at the time of package delivery must be noted in writing on the shipping receipt or electronic signature.  
 
Any damages not noted in writing at the time of delivery cannot be processed with the shipping company, and as such, the customer cannot be credited for damages.

All returns must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code issued by EAH INDUSTRIAL.

No returned merchandise will be accepted by our shipping department without an RMA Code clearly posted on the outside package.  Returns of hazardous goods must be packaged by a person or company properly trained in the shipping of hazardous/dangerous goods.  

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to EAH Industrial for any returned merchandise or repairs, regardless of warranty status. EAH Industrial is not responsible for freeze/thaw damages, or any other shipping damages, to merchandise returned to EAH Industrial.  

After 20% restocking fee, credit on returns is based upon salvageable product value at the time of the return.

Any returns which are deemed to be covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EAH Industrial and will be returned to the customer freight prepaid using the most economical method of shipping.

Any non-warranty product repair or replacement will be shipped with all shipping and handling charges being the responsibility of the customer.

Product repairs will be quoted for parts and labor before repairs are performed.

 

Important Notice Regarding Local Pick-Up Option

 

We would like to inform all customers that the "Local Pick-Up" option on our website is available only when a local address is entered during checkout. This feature is managed by our real-time shipping manager, and we do not have the ability to set a specific range for its availability.

 

To ensure the "Local Pick-Up" option appears, please enter a local address within the vicinity of our store. For example, you may use our store address: 136 El Mio, San Antonio, Texas 78216. If you are located nearby, you should see the option available at checkout.

 

If you are using an out-of-state address or an address outside of our local area, the "Local Pick-Up" option will not be displayed.
