Description
Fuji Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM™ HVLP Spray System with T-75G™ Spray Gun — Technical Overview
Professional 5-stage turbine HVLP system built for contractors and finishers who want more atomization power than entry-level turbines while keeping the portability and simplicity of the Mini-Mite platform. This version pairs the Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM turbine with the T-75G™ non-bleed gravity gun for refined control, cleaner indoor spraying behavior, and strong performance with medium to heavier finish materials.
EAH INDUSTRIAL - SharkGrip Positioning:
This is the Mini-Mite package for users who want real turbine power in a portable format. The Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM matters because the 5-stage platform gives more usable output for medium to heavy coatings, while the T-75G gravity gun gives the operator calmer non-bleed behavior and a more controlled gravity-feed workflow.
1) Product Overview
What It Is
- Fuji Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM™ HVLP System
- Configured with the T-75G™ non-bleed spray gun
- 5-stage turbine platform
- Designed for medium to heavy coating use in a compact HVLP format
Why Contractors Step Up To It
- More output than smaller 3-stage or lighter turbine systems
- 9.5 PSI performance class for stronger atomization
- Gravity gun gives more controlled finish behavior indoors
- Portable size without giving up professional-grade capability
Fuji’s official Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM page lists the T-75G package under #2805-T75G, while Fuji’s comparison guide places the Mini-Mite 5 in the 9.5 PSI / medium-to-heavy category. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
2) Core System Features
| Feature | What It Means In The Field |
|---|---|
| 5-Stage Turbine / 9.5 PSI Class | Provides stronger HVLP output than smaller turbine systems, which helps atomize medium to heavier coatings more effectively. |
| Heat Dissipation Chamber™ | Built into the PLATINUM series to help control operating temperature and support longer turbine life. |
| Noise Reduction Covers™ | Helps keep turbine sound more controlled than many older or more basic turbine packages. |
| 25 ft Hi-Flex™ Hose | Provides practical working reach while keeping the setup portable and easier to manage in the field or shop. |
| Quick Connect Coupling & Air Control Valve | Makes hose connection simpler and gives the operator added control at the gun end. |
| Medium-to-Heavy Material Direction | One of the biggest reasons to step into the Mini-Mite 5 instead of a smaller turbine is the broader coating range it can handle more comfortably. |
3) T-75G™ Spray Gun Feature Set
Included T-75G Details
- Professional grade non-bleed spray gun
- Stainless steel fluid passages
- Patented side-mounted fan pattern control
- Gravity-feed configuration
- Compatible with the Fuji #2 PPS adapter
Why The T-75G Matters
- Non-bleed design means less unnecessary air turbulence while not spraying
- Gravity feed helps the gun deliver material more naturally than a siphon layout
- Strong fit for cabinetry, furniture, trim, and controlled indoor spray work
- A practical gun choice for users who want cleaner, more refined finish control
Fuji’s FAQ specifically notes that the T75G uses the #2 PPS adapter, confirming it as a distinct gravity-gun platform within the Fuji system lineup. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
4) 5 For 5 Bonus Pack
| Bonus Item | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| 6’ Whip Hose | Improves flexibility at the gun and helps reduce fatigue during longer spray sessions. |
| 19pc Spray Gun Cleaning Kit | Supports better maintenance and more consistent long-term spray performance. |
| Extra Turbine Filters | Helps keep the turbine breathing properly and supports maintenance readiness. |
| Wet Film Gauge | Useful for tracking film build and keeping finish work more repeatable. |
| “Always Measure” Booklet | Supports better habits around setup, coating control, and consistency. |
Fuji’s Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM page specifically lists the 5 Accessory Pack with these items. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
5) Best Use Cases
| User / Application | How The Mini-Mite 5 T-75G Fits |
|---|---|
| Cabinet & Furniture Finishers | A strong fit where refined gravity-gun control and better atomization power improve finish quality on visible surfaces. |
| Trim, Doors & Built-Ins | Well suited for detailed spray work where portability and controlled pattern behavior matter. |
| Medium to Heavier Coatings | The Mini-Mite 5 is positioned by Fuji for medium to heavy use, which is exactly where the stronger 5-stage platform starts to separate itself from smaller systems. |
| Professionals Wanting Portable Power Without Moving To A Larger Full-Size Turbine | This package is especially attractive when the buyer wants serious turbine performance in a compact format with the cleaner feel of a non-bleed gravity gun. |
6) Why EAH Industrial Likes This System
What Makes It Valuable
- Real 5-stage power in a portable system
- The T-75G non-bleed gun is a strong fit for controlled indoor finish work
- More capable than small entry-level turbines without becoming a bulky shop-only package
- A very practical bridge between light-duty and top-tier turbine systems
Refinishing / Finishing Relevance
- Good match for cabinet, furniture, trim, and controlled refinishing work
- Helps reduce the struggle that smaller turbines have with heavier finishes
- Keeps the setup portable while still giving contractor-grade performance
- A strong system for users who need more than “just enough” HVLP power
EAH Industrial Observation: The Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM is one of the smartest turbine packages for professionals who want more output than small systems provide but do not necessarily need a larger full-size platform. The T-75G version makes even more sense when the user prefers gravity-feed control and calmer non-bleed behavior indoors. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
