Description

Fuji Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM™ HVLP Spray System with T-70 Spray Gun — Part #2905-T70

Professional 5-stage turbine HVLP system built for contractors and finishers who want stronger atomization power than entry-level turbines while keeping the familiar bottom-feed cup workflow. This version pairs the Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM turbine with the T-70 non-bleed bottom-feed spray gun for broad coating versatility, controlled fan behavior, and real-world finish performance in a portable package.

EAH INDUSTRIAL - SharkGrip Positioning:
This is the Mini-Mite 5 package for users who want stronger turbine power but still prefer the classic bottom-feed gun format. The T-70 setup makes sense for contractors who like a 1-quart cup-under workflow, broad material flexibility, and the familiar feel of a traditional turbine HVLP gun without stepping into a gravity-only package.
1) Product Overview
What It Is
  • Fuji Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM™ HVLP System
  • Part Number: 2905-T70
  • Configured with the T-70 bottom-feed spray gun
  • 5-stage turbine platform for medium to heavier material capability
Why Contractors Step Up To It
  • More output than smaller 3-stage or lighter turbine systems
  • 9.5 PSI performance class for stronger atomization
  • Keeps the familiar bottom-feed 1-quart cup workflow
  • Portable size with contractor-grade finishing ability
Fuji’s official Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM page lists the T-70 package as #2905-T70. Fuji’s comparison guide places the Mini-Mite 5 in the 9.5 PSI / medium-to-heavy category, which is exactly why it appeals to users who need more than a small entry turbine can comfortably deliver. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
2) Core System Features
Feature What It Means In The Field
5-Stage Turbine / 9.5 PSI Class Provides stronger HVLP output than smaller turbines, helping the user spray a broader range of coatings with less struggle.
Heat Dissipation Chamber™ Built into the PLATINUM series to help control operating temperature and support longer turbine life.
Noise Reduction Covers™ Helps keep turbine operation more controlled and less harsh than many basic turbine packages.
25 ft Hi-Flex™ Hose Provides practical working reach while keeping the setup portable and manageable in the field or shop.
Quick Connect Coupling & Air Control Valve Adds convenience at setup and provides additional control at the gun end.
Medium-to-Heavy Material Direction One of the main reasons to step into the Mini-Mite 5 platform instead of staying with a smaller turbine system.
3) T-70 Spray Gun Feature Set
Included T-70 Details
  • Professional grade non-bleed bottom-feed spray gun
  • 1 Quart cup-under configuration
  • Stainless steel fluid passages
  • Patented side-mounted fan pattern control
  • Strong general-purpose layout for broad finish work
Why The T-70 Matters
  • Bottom-feed setup is familiar to many contractors and refinishers
  • 1-quart capacity works well for longer spray runs
  • Non-bleed design helps reduce unnecessary air movement while not spraying
  • A practical gun choice for users who do not want gravity-feed layout
Fuji’s official listing distinguishes the T-70 system from the T-75G gravity system, so buyers should understand this is the bottom-feed package, not the gravity version. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
4) 5 For 5 Bonus Pack
Bonus Item Why It Matters
6’ Whip Hose Improves flexibility at the gun and helps reduce fatigue during spraying.
19pc Spray Gun Cleaning Kit Supports better gun maintenance and more consistent performance over time.
Extra Turbine Filters Helps keep the turbine breathing properly and supports maintenance readiness.
Wet Film Gauge Useful for checking film build and improving finish consistency.
“Always Measure” Booklet Supports better habits around setup, coating control, and repeatability.
Fuji’s Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM page specifically lists the 5 Accessory Pack with these items. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
5) Best Use Cases
User / Application How The Mini-Mite 5 T-70 Fits
Cabinet & Furniture Finishers A strong fit for users who like a traditional bottom-feed gun with enough turbine power for serious finish work.
Trim, Doors & Built-Ins Well suited for controlled finish work where portability and broad material versatility matter.
Medium to Heavier Coatings The Mini-Mite 5 is positioned by Fuji for medium to heavy use, which is where the stronger 5-stage platform becomes valuable.
Professionals Wanting Portable Power With A Traditional Bottom-Feed Gun This package is especially attractive when the buyer wants stronger turbine output but prefers the familiar 1-quart cup-under workflow instead of gravity-feed layout.
6) Why EAH Industrial Likes This System
What Makes It Valuable
  • Real 5-stage power in a portable system
  • Keeps the classic bottom-feed gun feel many users still prefer
  • More capable than smaller entry-level turbines without becoming a bulky full-size setup
  • A strong bridge between light-duty and top-tier turbine systems
Refinishing / Finishing Relevance
  • Good fit for cabinet, furniture, trim, and general finish work
  • Helps reduce the struggle smaller turbines have with medium/heavier finishes
  • Keeps the system portable while still providing contractor-grade performance
  • A strong choice for users who like 1-quart cup capacity and traditional gun balance
EAH Industrial Observation: The Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM with T-70 makes sense for contractors who still like the traditional cup-under gun format but need more power than a small turbine can realistically provide. It keeps the workflow familiar while improving the turbine side of the equation. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
