Precision mixing is mandatory for proper cure, flow, and long-term performance.
Exact Mix Ratio (No Guessing)
  • 4 Parts Part A (Resin)
  • 1 Part Part B (Catalyst)
  • Mix thoroughly until fully uniform before reducing.
Rule: Measure every batch — no eyeballing.
Typical Tub Coverage
  • Minimum for a standard tub:
  • 12 oz Part A (Resin)
  • 3 oz Part B (Catalyst)
  • Adjust total volume upward for larger tubs or heavier film builds.
Reducer Selection & Equipment Considerations
