Product Prep

• Apply over approved primer within topcoat window
• If exceeded: sand 240–280 grit
• Blow off dust completely

Step 03

Mixing

2:1

2 parts A : 1 part B • Mix 2–3 minutes

Step 04

Viscosity / Reduction

• Ford #4: 27–30 sec (typical)
• Reduce up to 30% as needed
• Value Pack includes VOC-Exempt Reducer

Step 05

Spray Gun Setup

• Gravity: 1.3–1.4 mm @ 30–40 PSI
• Siphon: 1.6–1.8 mm @ 40–50 PSI

Step 06

Application

• 1 tack coat + 1 wet coat
• WFT: 3.5–7.0 mils
• DFT: 2.0–4.0 mils
• Back in service: 24 hours
